Data collected
The contact form collects your name, email address and message. Cloudflare Turnstile also processes security signals such as IP address, user-agent, TLS fingerprint and browser characteristics to distinguish people from bots. Your SV or EN preference is stored locally on your device.
Purpose and legal basis
Contact details are used only to read and respond to your enquiry, take requested steps before a possible agreement, and protect the form from abuse. They are not used for advertising or added to a mailing list.
Who receives the data
Cloudflare Workers, Turnstile and Email Service process and relay the submission. The configured mailbox provider receives the delivered email. Cloudflare operates a global network, so processing may occur outside the EU/EEA under the safeguards described in Cloudflare’s data-processing terms. The mailbox provider may also process data in other countries under its own terms.
Retention
Enquiries are normally kept in the recipient mailbox for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted unless they are needed for an ongoing project, accounting, a legal obligation or the handling of a claim. Turnstile and delivery logs may have separate short operational retention periods set by the providers.
Access and deletion
You may ask what personal data is held about you, request correction or deletion, object to processing, or raise a concern with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection. Use the public contact details on this website to make a request.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses no advertising trackers, analytics or nonessential cookies. Turnstile is configured without pre-clearance, so this implementation does not intentionally set a cf_clearance cookie. No cookie banner is shown because no nonessential cookies are used.
